Works wonderfully and great service

I just received my replacement food processor. My original one - which I loved and used often- quit working after about 8 months of use. I called KitchenAid and explained what happened and I received a replacement within days. I boxed up the defective appliance in the new box and sent it back with the prepaid label that was sent with the replacement. I was thrilled with the customer service and will always be loyal to the KitchenAid brand.

This food processor is a great size. It has fewer parts than the older 9 cup model, and much easier to store and use. Clean up is a breeze. KitchenAid customer service & communication is excellent. They stand behind their products.
