I bought this for mixing breads and it works great! I make several loaves of bread at a time and different kinds including whole wheat breads. The motor has not struggled at all with any of them.

Can't beat this MAchine

This is my second Pro Series, the first one I purchased was for European electrical current(220v) in 2001, It was a great performer also and is still working as good as ever., Unfortunately, when I moved back I had left it behind I initially was going to ship it back but was advised against using a step up/down converter. So I recently purchased this newer one and added the ice cream accessory. I love both and am extremely happy with your products.

My last one lasted almost 45 years!!! It died. I used it almost every day. I paid $500 then WITH all the other "stuff". The new one work great....once I get the bowl set in. The old one was much easier to mount the bowl but in all, I'm pleased AND I can use my old "stuff" as well.

New addition to my kitchen

I have a 20 year old workhorse of a kitchen aide mixer! Love it but the 5 qt was a bit small for my needs. Bumped it up by purchasing a 6qt pro series. I purchased it after researching the brand as all models are not created equal. The pro series features medal parts in the motor which make it a quality machine! It not only looks beautiful but it works wonderfully.
