I was determined to purchase a bottom freezer refrigerator since they are the most efficient. I purchased a Whirlpool fridge because of the brand reputation and have had this model for slightly less than a month but so far so good. I like the fact that the fully-adjustable shelves are half the width of the fridge since it gives me more configuration options.

I was looking for a beautiful looking fridge that does not produce ice, a feature I never used in my previous fridge, as I don't like cold water. The fridge is quiet, works well, and is quite beautiful, I especially like the handles.

I have moved into a house in May, and the previous owner had left an Amana's fridge. It worked for a couple of months until it developed serious frosting in the freezer (the door seal was worn out). So, I shopped around but my budget was not limitless and only needed a replacement, so I decided to go with this model.
This fridge is identical to the Amana, except it is slightly narrower/smaller. All fridges of this type are identical in design & functions, leading me to think they are made at the same factory and different brand name badges are installed. Well, having a new fridge is a good thing and it serves the purpose as I live by myself. If you wish to have LED lighting, you can simply replace them with LED bulbs. This model came with LED bulbs.

I just got this delivered last week (I replaced a 20 year old fridge) it was one of the few which fit my limited space. I really am impressed at how quite it is & really like the bottom freezer. While I did not get an ice maker (I did not need one) there is a model which has an ice maker. Works great!!

I moved to an ol house with a challenging kitchen configuration. I was tired of French doors and freezer drawer. The size is great. I ended up putting it in a different location than planned and it worked out fine. It seems roomy enough just need to adjust shelf for my particular needs.

I just bought this refrigerator at Lowe's, and am happy with it. All the features and lighting are excellent, but I was surprised that the display panel does not show the actual refrigerator and freezer temperatures. For a refrigerator as expensive as this one is, the incorporation of digital thermometer showing the actual temperatures should be included.

Purchased about a month ago from Lowes, professional crew delivered for free, placed old one in my barn, so Eversource will.pick up and rebate me $100. Good size for 2 people, might not ne big enough for a family larger. Greay light, good srorage for milk, juice bottles. Freezer has storage space in the door,.not many had this feature.

I bought this a week ago. Overall, I am liking the unit, but was bummed I was stuck with it once I signed the papers. Needed a refrigerator to fit in my 29 3/4" width space. Didn't know it would stick out 3" depth-wise. Plus I needed the handle switched and instead of it looking pristine, they drilled new holes and filled the old one with plugs.

I love my new refridgerator. I didn't give it a 5 star only because it shows fingerprints which I new going into it. It is very attractive and I love having the freezer on the bottom. I also had to order the ice maker seperately.

Our old fridge (not a Whirlpool) had the bottom freezer but had a drawer that pulled out. It was always getting off track. We are loving the bottom door freezer of our new Whirlpool fridge! The refrigerator has a wonderful set up with great door space for condiments and it's easier to organize the shelves in this one due to the layout over our old (but larger) fridge. We will definitely be buying Whirlpool from now on! Great product!

We had a hard time finding a refrigerator to fit in our designated space in the kitchen. Not a ton of good looking, well rated options out there, but this was our top pick. We've only had it one week, but so far it's perfect. Fits great in the space, love the minimal, sleek look of the front (it doesn't have an ice maker or water dispenser which was our preference and that was also hard to find), love the bottom freezer door rather than a drawer, and most importantly it keeps our food properly cold. If you don't have a huge kitchen, I would definitely recommend this model.

Overall, I really like the refrigerator. It has perfect space and organization. The only thing I would change is the light and temperature control box. It hangs down far enough that regular size juice and milk containers will only fit on the sides of the top shelf to get them out without tipping the container. it is only a minor inconvenience though.

Have had it for 2 months now.
Perfect temp inside, quiet, sleek design, love it.
Prefer this model with the freezer door that swings instead of the pull out drawer.
Had a pullout freezer drawer before, did not like it, stuff gets lost at the bottom.
Also prefer the single refrig door vs the double doors.
Had the double doors before, and they are too cumbersome/bulky.

I bought this fridge as part of a kitchen remodel, and this model was a good fit for the space available. I like the bottom freezer and the fridge works great, but it is very noisy. In addition to the loud motor, it makes a rattling sound when it first starts up. There is no ice maker or water dispenser, but the rattle is very annoying. It eventually stops, and I hope it doesn't get worse.

I just bought this last week and the outside dimensions make it smaller than the antique it replaced, but it is a much larger capacity and very nice looking. I did not elect to give up freezer space for an ice maker so the only draw back is not having a "dedicated" space for ice cube trays. But there IS space.

I bought this refrigerator a week ago and am very satisfied. I particularly like its internal set-up. The shelves and compartments are sturdy, easy to clean, and make it easy to find things (nothing disappearing into oblivion for months behind multiple layers!). The pull-out basket in the lower freezer compartment is also very helpful in terms of separating and accessing items. Both the fridge and freezer compartments are brightly lit. Added to that, the exterior of the fridge is attractive, easy to clean, and has a slimmer profile than my old fridge. I love that it is about the most energy efficient of refrigerators of its type, according to its Energy Star rating.

This is so much fun...i had wanted the freezer on the bottom. It has great suction on the doors the only thing i don't like is there is no where i can touch on the freezer part that will not leave marks. I wish it had a handle like the top part.

I would recommend this fridge and this brand to my friends and family... and no I do not work nor am I paid to write this. The reason why I am writing such a strong review is tha the fridge and freezer do what it is supposed to do is keep the food cold or frozen. The fridge at first looks as if it does not have some of the bells and whistles of some of the other fridges... but you will be glad that this model has lots of space inside.. this will come in handy if you purchase grocery items from the big box stores and have to place them within the fridge... since it does not have all these extra shelf gadgets it makes storing these grocery items easily.
Prior to purchasing this fridge, after reading some negative reviews, I was a bit concerned about the noise of the compressor... it turns out that this was a non issue. The compressor is NOT noisy, instead it is quiet, very quiet.. you hardly hear it when it is on. Once again, I think for the price, this fridge is good value and I would recommend it... as it does what it suppose to do...!

We bought this fridge a couple of weeks ago, upon delivery we saw no scratches or dents so we signed off on delivery, however after we removed all the packaging, we noticed dirty streaks on the front, we tried to clean and it just made it worse - my wife was in tears. I called the store, I asked the salesperson about returns but since we'd accepted delivery they wanted a 20% restocking fee and a pickup charge, he suggested trying "stainless steel cleaner" so I made a trip to the local hardware store and bought some, it did do a good job of removing the marks. But why didn't whirlpool at least include a sample bottle? Even a little water splatter and you will have to get out the SS cleaner and scrub the entire unit - We are very disappointed and wish we could get our money back.

I have only had my refrigerator for a week and a half, and so far I love it, love it, love it! It's really, pretty to look at, it runs so quietly I can't hear it without trying to. I read some reviewers say theirs was really loud. Definitely something wrong with their unit. It also keeps food at the perfect temperature! It's awesome to actually have frozen ice cream again! I find the inside really roomy with the right shelf adjustments. Plenty of room for us. So, all in all, extremely happy so far!
